  • 2/3 cup (160ml) fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup (120g) unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for extra thickening)
