Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (60g) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup (60ml) maraschino cherry juice (from the jar of cherries)
For the Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups (360ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 oz) maraschino cherries, drained (or fresh cherries)
