Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade, thawed if frozen)
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese (softened)
- 2 oz (60g) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
- Capers (optional, for garnish)
