Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (50g) sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) warm milk (not too hot, about 100°F or 37°C)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
