Ingredients:
- 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (50g) sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) warm milk (not too hot, about 100°F or 37°C)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
