Ingredients:
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh herbs total)

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp butter (for searing)

Instructions:
