Ingredients:
For the Dough:
3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup (180ml) warm water
¼ cup (60ml) pickle juice (from the jar)
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup (75g) chopped dill pickles
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
For the Filling & Topping:
½ cup (75g) sliced dill pickles
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
