Activate the Yeast:
In a small bowl, mix warm water, pickle juice, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-7 minutes until foamy.
Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until the dough begins to come together. Knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
