Made a huge pot of minestrone soup, so if anyone knows any elderly or anyone in need that could use a warm meal and likes minestrone soup, let me know. I’d be happy to deliver locally in Latrobe.
For those who wanted the recipe(although I just throw things in the pot)
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 carton chicken broth
About 2 cups tomato juice
1 tsp of beef better than bouillon
Chopped carrots, celery, onions
2 medium sized potatoes diced
