2 bulbs of garlic
Mini diatelli noodles
1 can of kidney beans
I can of cannellini beans
1 diced zucchini
I sautéed the carrots, onions, celery in olive oil. Added potatoes Added garlic, salt,pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, then diced tomatoes sautéed a bit. Added broth and tomato juice, simmered 20 min or so, brought to boil added diatelli noodles, cooked 10 min added zucchini and bean cans. Cooked until zucchini was tender. Served w Parmesan and a squirt of delallo pesto
