Strawberry Cheesecake Poke Cake 🍰🍓

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

• 1 box of vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients required on the box)
• 1 cup of water
• 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs

For the Cheesecake Filling:

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream

For the Strawberry Topping:

• 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Whipped Cream Topping:

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
