¼ cup tahini (sesame paste)

2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1-2 garlic cloves (minced)

½ tsp ground cumin

Salt, to taste (about ½ tsp)

3-4 tbsp water (or as needed for desired consistency)
