Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour for extra fiber)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or onion powder (optional)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup (80ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil or melted butter
- 1 cup (100g) grated zucchini (squeezed to remove excess moisture)
- 1 cup (100g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped chives, green onions, or parsley (optional, for flavor and color)
