Homemade Upside-Down Peach Tarts

Ingredients (Makes 6 small tarts):

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 2–3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 2–3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for serving)
  • Vanilla yogurt or whipped cream (optional, for breakfast or dessert)
