Milk Mixture:

– 1/2 cup condensed milk
– 1/2 cup whole milk
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1 tbsp rose syrup

Topping:

– 1 cup whipped cream
– 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
– 1 tbsp dried rose petals
