For the Alfredo Tortellini:
9 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
1 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
