Tender Garlic Butter Steak with Cheesy Alfredo Tortellini

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and black pepper.

Sear the steak in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, and thyme. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant. Return steak to skillet and toss in the garlic butter.

In a separate saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.

Toss cooked tortellini in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.

Serve steak bites over a bed of cheesy Alfredo tortellini, garnished with chopped parsley.
