4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

How to Make Stuffed Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter
Step 1: Prep the Lobster Tails
Thaw the Lobster Tails: If using frozen lobster tails, make sure they are fully thawed before starting. To thaw, place them in the refrigerator overnight or use the cold water method by submerging them in a sealed bag of water for about 30 minutes.
Cut the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the lobster shell, lengthwise, from top to bottom. Be careful not to cut through the meat entirely. Gently pull apart the shell, exposing the lobster meat. You may want to gently loosen the lobster meat from the shell with your fingers, ensuring it stays attached at the base. This will make room for the stuffing later.
Season the Lobster: Lightly drizzle the lobster tails with olive oil, then season them with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Stuffing
Combine Ingredients: In a small mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined and the breadcrumbs are coated with the melted butter.
