Experts warn people who sleep next to their mobile phones

The mobile phone causes, indeed, a change in the system of certain self-regulating processes, such as our biological clock or our heart rate.

The opinion of the specialists
The World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that all electronic devices in general (not just mobile phones) are bad for the body and can increase the risk of disease. The toxic effects emanating there are unknown to many scientists.

This is why it is preferable to be aware of the ionising radiations of mobile phones and wavelengths.

A study in Australia has shown that there is an important relationship between smartphone use and insterility in men, and reduced sperm quality. And for both sexes, there is an increase in stress.

In France, 77% of French people own a smartphone, which is a figure that exceeds for the first time that of laptops held by no 74% of French people.

Your smartphone communicates non-stop
Although our cell phone may have an alarm clock, we should turn it off before we sleep. Even when we do not use it, it communicates continuously on the network. In other words, phones constantly emit electromagnetic waves in the environment even at night, not just when they are used.

If the harmfulness of the waves has not yet been clearly demonstrated, the National Agency for Health, Food, Environmental and Labour informs that the harmful effects of smartphone use could appear in the long term.

How to Limit the Smartphone Effect
There are two ways to reduce the effect of the smartphone: first, turn it off and leave it in its usual place, bearing in mind that you have to use a different alarm clock. The second option, if you can’t do without it, keep it in a remote room, such as the kitchen or living room. This alternative is less desirable.
