Ingredients:
- 400 g (2 sheets) puff pastry
- 200 g (7 oz) bacon, cooked and chopped
- 100 g (½ cup) ketchup
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 g (1½ cups) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pickled cucumber, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 100 g (½ cup) Greek yogurt
- 50 g (⅓ cup) crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and spread ketchup evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle oregano, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, and chopped boiled eggs over the ketchup.
- Top with spring onions, garlic, and pickled cucumber for extra flavor.
- Brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg yolk for a golden crust.
- Fold or roll the pastry to enclose the filling, sealing the edges firmly.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread Greek yogurt and crumbled feta cheese over the top.
