  • 2½ cups (320 g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup (60 g) butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey

For the Filling & Topping:

  • 1 cup (100 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Directions

1. Prepare the Dough:

  • In a bowl, mix warm water, warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
  • Add egg, melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix until combined, then knead into a smooth dough.
  • Cover and let it rise for 40 minutes in a warm place.

2. Prepare the Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and honey. Set aside.
