Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch of asparagus (trimmed)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:
. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
