1. Prepare the Ingredients
- Clean and Slice: Peel and devein the shrimp, patting them dry with a paper towel. Slice the smoked sausage into even rounds for uniform cooking. Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
2. Cook the Broccoli
- Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
