1. Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Clean and Slice: Peel and devein the shrimp, patting them dry with a paper towel. Slice the smoked sausage into even rounds for uniform cooking. Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.

2. Cook the Broccoli

  1. Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté the Broccoli: Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until they are crisp-tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Cook the Sausage and Shrimp
