- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 8 oz (225g) semisweet or dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
For Decoration:
