  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the brownie mix (or use homemade brownie batter).
  3. Spoon a small amount of brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling it about halfway. Bake for 10-12 minutes (or according to the recipe on the box) until the edges are set but the center is still a little soft.
  4. Remove from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

2. Make the Cookie Dough Layer:

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and milk, mixing until combined.
  3. Gradually add the heat-treated flour (to avoid any raw flour risk) and mix until the dough comes together.
  4. Stir in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Roll the cookie dough into small balls, about the size of a marble (around 1 inch).

3. Assemble the Bombs:

  1. Once the brownie cups are completely cooled, gently press a cookie dough ball into the center of each brownie. Use your fingers to slightly flatten the dough ball so it stays in place. The dough should sit on top of the brownie but be slightly sunken in.
  2. Place the muffin tin back in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up the dough and brownies before coating.

4. Coat the Brownie Bombs:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Use a fork to lift the bombs out of the chocolate, letting any excess chocolate drip off.
  3. Place the coated brownie bombs back on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tray.

5. Chill and Serve:

  1. Place the chocolate-covered brownie bombs in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the coating to set.
  2. Once set, they are ready to enjoy! Slice one open for that gooey, chewy, and chocolatey bite.

6. Enjoy!

  • These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs are perfect for parties, special occasions, or just as an indulgent treat to enjoy anytime!
