- Prepare the cake:

- Assemble the cake:
- Once the cakes are completely cool, slice them in half horizontally to create four layers (optional for a taller cake).
- Place the first cake layer on your cake stand or plate. Spread a generous amount of coffee buttercream frosting over the top.
- Repeat for each layer, finishing with a layer of frosting on top.
- Optionally, decorate the top with chocolate shavings, whole coffee beans, or a dusting of cocoa powder.

- Let the cake set for a bit in the fridge to firm up the frosting, if needed, and then slice and serve.
