- Prep the Cream Layer:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add 1/2 cup of the dry Funfetti cake mix and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the Layers:
- Quickly dip each Golden Oreo into milk (don’t soak them, just enough to soften).
- Layer the Oreos at the bottom of a 9×9 pan or dish.
- Spread a layer of the Funfetti cream mixture on top of the Oreos.
- Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients (3-4 layers total).
- Top It Off:
- On the final layer, spread the remaining cream and top with sprinkles (the more, the merrier!).
- Chill:
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours (overnight is even better) so the cookies soften into a cake-like texture.
- Serve:
- Slice it up and serve cold. Enjoy the ooey-gooey, no-bake goodness!
