Ingredients:
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced

Instructions:
1. Cook the Noodles
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Ground Beef
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
3. Make the Sauce
- To the skillet with the beef, add the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
4. Assemble the Casserole
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles with the beef and sauce mixture. Mix well to coat the noodles evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly and top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
