Ingredients
For the Base
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add-ins
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Cheesecake Base
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Slowly whisk in the milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Churn the Ice Cream
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This usually takes 20–30 minutes.
