4 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
1 lb (450 g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder (or smoked paprika)
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro (plus extra for garnish)
2 Tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional drizzle)
