No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
Crushed graham crackers (for crust)
Fresh fruit or jam (for topping)
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Layer crushed graham crackers in small cups.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust and top with fresh fruit or a spoonful of jam.
Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, then serve!
2. Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients:
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds (or until the cake has risen and is set).
Top with whipped cream or ice cream and enjoy!
3. Vanilla Pudding Parfait
Ingredients:
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
1/2 cup whipped cream (optional)
Fresh berries or chocolate shavings for garnish
