Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup buttermilk (or substitute with milk mixed with 1 tablespoon of vinegar)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for topping, optional)
