- 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt (for pasta water and seasoning)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, but traditional in some regions)
- Pasta water (reserved)
