Ingredients

- 2 cups (200g) chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos, without the filling)
- 5 tbsp (70g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Mocha Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 (8 oz each) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (120ml) sour cream
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 3 tbsp instant espresso powder
- ⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Ganache Topping:
- 8 oz (225g) semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
For Coffee Whipped Cream (Optional):
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder
