Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups (200g) chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos, without the filling)
  • 5 tbsp (70g) unsalted butter, melted

For the Mocha Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 (8 oz each) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (120ml) sour cream
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • ⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Ganache Topping:

  • 8 oz (225g) semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream

For Coffee Whipped Cream (Optional):

  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder
