Pickled peppers with garlic are a delicious and versatile treat that can add a punch of flavor to your meals. Whether you’re a fan of spicy, tangy snacks or you want to spice up your sandwiches, salads, or even your pizzas, these homemade pickled peppers are sure to impress. The combination of crunchy peppers, aromatic garlic, and a zesty brine is simple yet packed with flavor. Making them at home is easier than you might think and requires just a few ingredients. Here’s how to make your own batch of pickled peppers with garlic!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh peppers (choose your favorite peppers—jalapeños, banana peppers, or bell peppers work well)
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, peeled and lightly crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar for a milder taste)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt (pickling or kosher salt is recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds (optional, for added flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme (optional, for extra herbiness)
  • A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Peppers: Begin by washing the peppers thoroughly. If you prefer less heat, you can remove the seeds from hot peppers like jalapeños. To do this, cut off the tops of the peppers, slice them lengthwise, and scrape out the seeds. If you like your pickled peppers to be spicy, leave the seeds intact. Slice the peppers into rings or leave them whole, depending on your preference.
  2. Prepare the Jars: Choose clean, sterilized jars for your pickling. You can use mason jars or any airtight containers with a lid. Sterilize your jars by placing them in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes or running them through the dishwasher on a hot cycle. Let them dry completely before use.
  3. Pack the Peppers and Garlic into the Jars: Place the sliced peppers into the sterilized jars. Add the crushed garlic cloves, making sure they’re evenly distributed. You can also add other optional spices, like black peppercorns, mustard seeds, dried oregano, or red pepper flakes, depending on your flavor preferences.
  4. Prepare the Brine: In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally to ensure the sugar and salt are completely dissolved. Once the brine starts

to simmer, taste it—if you want it to be a bit sweeter or saltier, adjust accordingly. For Complete Cooking STEPS Please Head On Over To Next Page Or Open button (>) and don’t forget to SHARE with your Facebook friends
