Ingredients:
For the Brownies
– 1 cup (225 grams) unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cups (400 grams) granulated sugar
– 1 cup (85 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

For the Salted Caramel Sauce:
– 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
– 6 tablespoons (90 grams) unsalted butter, cubed
– 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes (or to taste)
