Frozen Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped (or 1 container Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional, for topping)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Creamy Base
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
2. Combine the Fruits
- Gently fold in the crushed pineapple, chopped strawberries, grapes, maraschino cherries, and mandarin oranges.
