My husband isn’t fond of sweet breakfasts, but he definitely loves me 
Dark pancakes with coconut & banana mousse
 RECIPE FOR YOU 
PANCAKES:
1 cup of wheat flour,
2 teaspoons of black cocoa,
1 tablespoon of xylitol,
1 cup of plant-based milk,
1 tablespoon olive oil + 1 teaspoon to grease the pan,
pinch of salt.
Mix all ingredients together, lightly grease a pan with olive oil and then fry some thin pancakes. We only grease the pan once at the beginning.
