- 2 eggs
- 1 piece ginger, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped

- 1 small handful Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 medium carrot, finely diced
- 300 g (10.5 oz) pork belly, minced
- 30 g (2 tbsp) bread crumbs
