– 1 1/2 cups (150 g) chocolate cookie crumbs
– 1/4 cup (60 g) melted butter
For the Chocolate Filling:
– 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp cornstarch
– 1/8 tsp salt
– 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk
– 3 large egg yolks
– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
– 3 oz (85 g) dark chocolate, chopped
For the Topping :
– 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
– 2 tbsp powdered sugar
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– Chocolate shavings or curls for garnish
