– 2 flatbreads or naan
– 1/2 cup hummus
– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
– 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
– 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
– 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup fresh arugula
– 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
– 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/4 cup cucumber, finely grated and drained
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
