Cool Whip Candy is an easy, no-bake treat that’s perfect for the holidays! Its creamy texture and sweet flavor make it a crowd favorite. Here’s a simple recipe:

Easy Cool Whip Candy

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) container of Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 package (12 oz) chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
  • 1 package (10–12 oz) almond bark or candy melts (for coating)
  • Sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or nuts (optional, for decoration)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  2. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted. Let cool slightly.
  3. Mix Cool Whip and Chocolate: In a mixing bowl, gently fold the Cool Whip into the melted chocolate until well combined. The mixture will thicken as you mix.
  4. Shape the Candy: Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. You can shape them into balls or leave them as dollops. Place the sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Coat with Almond Bark: Melt the almond bark or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, following the same method as the chocolate. Once the candies are firm, dip each one into the melted coating, using a fork to let the excess drip off.
  6. Decorate: While the coating is still wet, add sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or nuts for a festive touch.
  7. Set: Return the coated candies to the baking sheet and allow them to set completely. You can place them in the fridge for faster setting.
  8. Serve or Store: Store the candies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

These bite-sized treats are perfect for gifting or holiday snacking! Customize with different coatings or add-ins for variety.
