Luxury Seafood Bisque with Crab, Shrimp, and Lobster

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly pour in seafood stock, whisking to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
Add heavy cream, paprika, thyme, and seafood. Stir gently and simmer for another 5-7 minutes, until seafood is cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.
