Slow Cooker Split Pea Soup

1. Rinse and drain split peas.

2. Combine peas, ham, veggies, and seasonings with broth and water in the slow cooker.

3. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8 hours.

4. Remove bay leaves, season with salt, and stir.

5. For a thicker texture, blend part of the soup!
