  1. Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Form the Patties:
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Cook the Patties:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the patties are golden brown.
  4. Toast the Buns:
While the patties are cooking, you can toast the whole wheat burger buns in a separate pan or on a grill until lightly golden.
  5. Assemble the Burgers:
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Add the cooked chicken patty on top, followed by tomato and avocado slices. Spread your favorite condiments on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the burger.
  6. Serve:
Serve the burgers immediately with a side of your choice, such as sweet potato fries or a fresh salad.
