Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush generously with the honey BBQ sauce mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.
Remove foil, increase oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush ribs with more sauce and bake 10–15 minutes until glaze is caramelized and sticky.
Let rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Use smoked paprika for a smoky flavor.
Increase apple cider vinegar for extra tanginess.
Try different honey types (wildflower, clover) to vary flavor.
