Instructions:
Preheat and Prepare the Pan:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Roll Out Crescent Dough:

Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
Layer the Meats and Cheeses:

Layer the sliced deli meats, starting with salami, followed by pepperoni, and then ham.
Add the Provolone and Swiss cheese slices.
Place the roasted red peppers evenly over the cheese.
Add Parmesan and Pesto:

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the layers.
Spread the basil-flavored pesto over the Parmesan.
Top with Crescent Dough:

Unroll the second tube of crescent roll dough and place it over the layered filling. Press the seams together.
Prepare the Egg Wash:

Beat the 3 eggs in a small bowl.
Brush the beaten eggs over the top crescent dough layer.
Bake the Antipasto Squares:

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Cool and Slice:

Let the antipasto squares cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
