Chocolate Pear Charlotte Recipe
Here is a delicious recipe that I have been making for years, and that I am sharing with you today: Chocolate Pear Charlotte.
It is a delicious dessert entremet, easy to prepare, elegant, in short, something to impress your guests without too much effort.
Every time I make this dessert without cooking, it is a guaranteed success with all taste buds. And the advantage I have here in Sweden is that people do not know charlottes, so it is even more successful!
Often, I add rum to flavor. Not too much so as not to mask the taste of the other ingredients, but also because there are children who enjoy it.
This chocolate pear charlotte can be prepared in any container/mold. I sometimes make it in a rectangular plastic box, and it is presented like a log.
And the unmolding? No problem since I line my mold or box with plastic wrap. Afterwards, just turn my box over, then gently remove the film. Yes, plastic film is the secret to a perfectly unmolded charlotte.

Tips for putting the ladyfingers in perfectly
Don’t forget to carefully line the bottom and sides of your mold with plastic film. Make sure the film adheres well and that there are no creases.
Dip the ladyfingers quickly in the liquid, otherwise they will soften too much.
Place the ladyfingers with the rounded sides against the wall.
Trim/cut the ladyfingers if necessary to fill the spaces.
