Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assemble the wraps:
Lay out a tortilla. Spoon cooked beef down the center, then top with cheese, pickles, and diced onions.
Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a burrito shape. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Air fry:
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (195°C). Lightly spray wraps with oil on all sides.
Place in air fryer seam side down. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Let cool slightly. Slice in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, lettuce, tomato, or fries on the side.
