Sauté Sausage and Veggies:
In a large pot, melt butter. Sauté sausage until browned. Add onion and celery, cooking until softened.
Cook Potatoes:
Add potatoes, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add Cream:
Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve:
Garnish with green onions and enjoy warm!
