Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the garlic, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan.
  5. Gently fold in the lump crab meat to keep the pieces as whole as possible.
  6. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish (like a small casserole dish or ramekin).
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.

Tip: For a smoky twist, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika or a bit of smoked gouda cheese. Want it spicier? Toss in some diced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce.
